Every sample is logged into our database and given a scannable barcode which stays with the sample through conditioning into testing.   Our fully conditioned testing laboratory is paired with sensors that record the conditions your sample is stored in, as well as tested in.   All details of your project are automatically loaded into our testing program using our state of the art laboratory management system which collects all conditioning, testing data and observations to allow us to issue you test results immediately after your test is complete.   

We offer several solutions to allow ease of preparation of samples on site either with our on site craftsmen, or offering you space and our fabrication equipment to assemble samples.   

Spray foam Insulation clients benefit from our onsite Graco E-30 Reactor which allows the client to send in resin kits directly to us and either spray with their technical service personal, or use our locally provided spray foam application service,  to cut down on transit time and allow more rapid R&D formulation testing as well as specialized cradle to grave traceability needed for Certification Projects.     

 We are the only lab with real-time remote test viewing via patented (U.S. Patent #12,050,115) system: Live video + synchronized sensor data enables you (and any members of your team to view your test remotely to both observe the test video while any of the real-time data can be displayed on-screen in dynamic charts and graphs.
